A visit from Bill Owens – President of the American Distilling Institute
Bill Owens passed through Arkansas yesterday and today as a part of his world tour. He’s working on a book about cooperages and today I took him down to Hot Springs to meet Jay Gibbs at Gibbs Brothers Cooperage.
