2 oz Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka
1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water
10 Butterfly Pea Flower Ice Cubes
Pour all ingredients except ice cubes into a shaker tin over ice and shake. Fill collins glass with Butterfly Pea Flower ice cubes and pour contents of shaker tin over the ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.
