1.5 oz Rock Town Barrel Aged Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Beet Shrub
0.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
2 dashes Foaming Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
