1.5 oz Rock Town Chocolate Malt Bourbon
1 oz Spiced Hibiscus Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
3 dashes Foaming Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with dried hibiscus flowers.
