Ingredients

1.5 oz Rock Town Arkansas Bourbon
0.5 oz Vanilla Sesame Syrup**
0.5 oz Pecan Orgeat
0.5 oz Rock Town Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Foaming Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice and shake very hard to create foam. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.

**Vanilla Sesame Syrup: 2 cups packed brown sugar, 2 cups hot water, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/4 tsp salt—add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve.
