2 oz Rock Town Basil Vodka
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Rose Syrup
Tonic Water
Pour all ingredients except tonic water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and lemon wheel.
