1.5 oz Rock Town Lemon Vodka
0.75 oz Earl Grey Simple Syrup**
0.5 oz Rock Town Gin
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Violette
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.
**Earl Grey syrup: 4 tea bags earl grey, 4Tbs butterfly pea flower, 2c hot water, 2c sugar. Steep all tea in water for 10 min. Add sugar and stir.
