1.5 oz Rock Town Low Rye Bourbon
1 oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
0.75 oz Egg Whites
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Honey Syrup
8 dashes Plum Bitters
4 dashes Orange Flower Water
Pour all ingredients into a tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass and top with a sprinkle of cardamom.
