1.5 oz Rock Town Watermelon Vodka
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Rock Town Triple Sec
0.5 oz Lavender Mint Simple Syrup**
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a Lifesaver candy and mint sprig.
**Lavender Mint Simple Syrup: 2 cups granulated sugar, .25 cup fresh mint leaves, 1 Tbsp dried lavender buds. Add all ingredients to a pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Turn off heat and cool before straining.
