This Drink Is Bananas 🍌🥁

Pour all ingredients except coconut milk into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a tulip glass over ice. Top with coconut milk and garnish with shaved chocolate.

**Banana Oleo: Take two banana peels and put into a container with 2 cups brown sugar. Shake and let sit for up to 24 hours. Strain through cheese cloth and set aside. Take flesh of the two bananas and cut then up into slices. Put into a pot with a 1:1 ration of sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 15 min. Cool this down and strain through cheese cloth. Finally, combine both the banana syrup and oleo.
