2 oz Thyme EVOO Rock Town Gin
1 oz Honey Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
